Aro is not the same as ace - people can experience sexual attraction but have no interest in romance at all, or vice versa. They are entirely distinct spectra of attraction. And both are wholly independent of which flavors of people one is attracted TO.
Like Ace, however, the Aro community represents the entire range of experience, from people who experience no romantic attraction at all, through demi-romantic people, who experience some romance under certain circumstances, to people who aren't sure, as well as allies.
